Custom services
Payments for custom strategy, design, development, consulting, and implementation work are generally non-refundable once the work has started, because time and resources are reserved for the project.
Deposits and milestones
Deposits and completed milestones are not normally refundable. If a project is paused or cancelled, any remaining unpaid work, unused future milestones, or handoff materials are handled according to the written proposal or agreement.
Digital products
For paid digital products, templates, tools, downloads, or access passes, refund eligibility depends on the product terms shown at purchase. If something does not work as described, contact us and we will review it fairly.
Duplicate or accidental payments
If you believe you were charged twice or paid by mistake, email us with the payment details. Valid duplicate charges can be refunded after verification.
